Terms & conditions
These terms apply to the Defaltam website and AI chatbot subscriptions. Please read the plan and checkout details before ordering. Separate written terms may apply to custom services.

Service and accounts
Defaltam, based in Romania, offers Support and Sales AI chatbots for business websites. You are responsible for your account credentials, the content you provide for your chatbot and your use of the service. Keep your contact and billing details current, and use the service only lawfully. Do not use it for spam, impersonation, unlawful data collection, harmful content or attempts to disrupt the service.
Trials, plans and payment
Eligible new customers may receive a 5-day free trial for a Support or Sales chatbot, subject to the eligibility checks shown at checkout. A trial is limited to one per business/person under our abuse-prevention rules. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Paid subscriptions renew monthly at the selected price unless canceled. Discounts and referral rewards have their own eligibility rules and may not be combined. Stripe handles payment processing; we do not collect full payment card numbers through our own forms.
Changing or ending a plan
You can manage your subscription in My account. Switching between Support and Sales takes effect immediately and may create a prorated charge or credit; check your billing records for the final amount. You can cancel a monthly subscription; unless the checkout or account screen says otherwise, access remains through the current paid period. A trial may end without charge when no payment method is provided. Cancellation does not erase amounts already due or records legally required to be kept. Mandatory consumer rights and local law take priority over these terms.
Chatbot output and visitor data
AI-generated answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. Review your bot’s website content and instructions before relying on it; do not treat output as legal, medical or financial advice. If you install a chatbot on your website, you are responsible for providing visitors with an appropriate privacy notice and any permissions required by law, and for handling their requests about chat data. Do not upload sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
Availability and ownership
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or particular commercial results, leads or rankings. We may maintain, improve or suspend a service for security, abuse or legal reasons. You keep ownership of your website content and business materials. You grant us permission to process them solely as needed to provide and improve the service under our privacy policy. Defaltam retains rights to its software, branding and materials.
Liability and applicable rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from AI output. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. If there is a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Romanian law applies to these terms, without taking away mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including where applicable in the EU, US or UAE.
Changes and contact
