What are AI employees?

Autonomous AI agents that own a full business role — reception, HR support, sales qualification — end-to-end. They handle calls, book meetings, follow up on leads, answer policy questions, and integrate with your existing tools.

When does Defaltam's AI employee platform launch?

Estimated Q3 2026. Waitlist members get first access, founding-member pricing, and a 14-day free trial with a pre-configured agent.

How is an AI employee different from an AI chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in one channel. An AI employee owns a workflow: it works across voice, email and chat, takes actions in your CRM or calendar, and follows up autonomously.

What roles will you support first?

AI Receptionist (call handling, appointments, routing), AI HR Assistant (onboarding, policy Q&A, leave), and AI Sales Qualifier (lead qualification, follow-up, meeting booking).

How much will it cost?
