How we work — the details.

How long does the whole process take from first email to live website?

Typically 5–7 days for web development projects. Same-day reply and quote, 50% deposit unlocks the build, you review daily, and we push live once you approve. AI chatbots go live 24–48 hours after payment.

What are your payment terms?

50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans (websites from 250 EUR/mo, chatbots from 79 EUR/mo) are billed monthly with no minimum term. Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. See pricing on the services page.

Do I need to write the content or provide designs?

No. Send whatever you have — old site, brochures, a rough brief — and we handle structure, copy guidance, layout and design. You review and approve before launch.

How many revisions are included?

We include 1–2 rounds of revisions during the build plus 30 days of free changes after launch. Bigger scope changes are quoted separately, always upfront.

What if I don't like the result?

You review in stages — homepage first, then inner pages. If something isn't working, we fix it before launch. We only ask for the final 50% once you approve the live site. Real examples on the case studies page.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes. Monthly plans include hosting on our infrastructure, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small edits. You can also self-host — you own the code.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes, anytime. There is no minimum contract length. Cancel and you keep the website, the domain and the code. Contact us to get started.
